Roof Replacements After Asbestos Removal
Asbestos cement and corrugated roof sheets were once commonly used in domestic and industrial settings. At A4 Asbestos we offer asbestos testing and asbestos removal for both domestic and commercial clients. After we’ve safely removed these materials, we can supply and install replacement roofing, using durable, modern alternatives that are built to last. We’ll match your existing structure where possible or recommend new roofing that improves performance and appearance.
Ceilings and Internal Repairs
If your ceiling contained asbestos Artex, insulation board or sprayed coatings, we’ll take care of the reinstatement after safe removal. From plasterboard ceilings to full room refurbishments, we’ll return the space to its original state — or better. We also handle any finishing work such as painting, jointing or re-plastering, ready for re-occupation.
Pipe and Guttering Replacement
Old asbestos-insulated pipework and downpipes can be safely stripped out and replaced as part of our reinstatement works. We install new systems to current standards using UPVC or other long-lasting materials, restoring full functionality and improving drainage. Our team ensures everything is watertight, secure and properly aligned.
